PORRIDGE from the oven


for 1 portion

  • 1 small banana
  • a little ground vanilla bean or a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 4 large spoons of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • if desired, you can also add 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

For decoration, mixed berries or fruit of your choice

Preheat the oven to 170 C with fan or 190 C without fan.

Mash the banana with a fork and add all the other ingredients.
Bake the mixture for approx. 20 minutes in a springform pan.
When the mixture is baked, take it out and decorate the top with berries or fruit of your choice.
If the fruit is frozen, take out the porridge approx. 5 minutes before and decorate it with fruit and return it to the oven so that the fruit thaws slightly.
