ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY STATEMENT

When paying on our web store, use Revolut – an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online. Revolut ensures the complete secrecy of your card data from the moment you enter it in the Revolut payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the Revolut system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure. Revolut considers all collected information as bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment. The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the Revolut system. DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING

After the Seller receives notification of the completed payment for the product(s) ordered by the Buyer, the product(s) is sent via the delivery service to the address indicated by the Buyer as the delivery address. All orders received are sent the next morning to the delivery service for delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent for delivery on Monday. For each shipment, the recipient certifies and signs the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act, upon verification of the delivery list by the recipient, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that the carrier is released from any subsequent liability. If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will try to contact the recipient in order to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address. In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to us. Delivery deadlines are informative and the Seller does not assume responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or any other problems beyond the Seller’s control. The delivery time is expressed in working days and starts running from the day the delivery service took over the package for delivery. *NOTE: International delivery (except EU)

Delivery services have the ability to track the shipment so that the Buyer is informed about the status of his shipment at any time, and the Buyer will be informed about the instructions and data for tracking the shipment via e-mail and/or SMS message. The listed prices include VAT.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, and in accordance with Article 77. paragraph 5. of the Consumer Protection Act, responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product. You can unilaterally terminate the contract using the mentioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a permanent medium. The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases and these cases are as follows:
  • if the service has been fully fulfilled for him, and the fulfillment began with his express prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled;
  • if the subject of the Agreement is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;
  • if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery;
  • if the subject of the Agreement is the delivery of sealed audio recordings or video recordings, or computer programs, which were unsealed after delivery;
  • if the subject of the Contract is the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications.
You must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the unilateral termination of the contract. AGRAMER UG, in cooperation with suppliers, determines to which category the returned product belongs after receiving the product. You will receive a notification about the status of the returned product and the amount of the refund within 10 days via e-mail. Refunds will be made no later than 5 days from the date of notification. According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product yourself if you use your right to unilaterally terminate the contract. In the event that you order goods and refuse to receive them without reason (the packaging is not damaged), AGRAMER UG has the right to withhold from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of the direct costs of returning the product. Additional tips:
  • to take a good look at the characteristics of the products listed in the offer when choosing the product;
  • that you do not pick up the product if the packaging is damaged, but draw the attention of the delivery person to the damage to the packaging and ask them to return the product to us, because otherwise it is considered that you picked up the product with undamaged packaging;
  • if the packaging is undamaged and you have received the product, carefully remove the packaging with as little damage as possible, because damaged packaging reduces the value of the product;
  • to inspect the product and if there is visible damage (e.g. a broken part, a scratched product caused by transport or storage) inform us as soon as possible and return the product without using it;
  • if the product has no visible damage, inspect it and if you are not satisfied you can return it, but do not use the product;
AGRAMER UG is responsible for material defects of the items it sells on its website in accordance with positive regulations, in particular the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Croatia.

CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in kuna. If you use a credit card of a foreign issuer for payment, the price expressed in kunas will be converted into the local currency in which the foreign issuer issues an invoice for the costs charged to the credit card. The said conversion will be carried out using the exchange rate agreed between the foreign issuer and the credit card user, and therefore there is a possibility of deviation of the amount for which your card will be charged from the original price listed on our website.
