MATCHA LATTE with collagen
INGREDIENTS
for 1 portion
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- a little hot water
- 250 ml almond barista milk or other plant milk as desired such as oat, soy, coconut
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or other sweetener as desired, such as stevia, coconut sugar, brown sugar
- 1 scoop (10g) Vital Proteins collagen as desired
First mix 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder with a mixing whisk well with the addition of a little boiling water. Pour the melted matcha into a cup or glass and add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or other sweetener if desired. In the meantime, heat 250 ml of almond or other vegetable barista milk, add 1 scoop of Vital Proteins collagen powder and foam it well with an electric whisker. Then pour the milk into a cup or glass in which there is already melted matcha and maple syrup.
And your drink is ready!
